Injection and Thermal Distribution Simulation Software
We use injection and thermal simulation software to predict material behavior inside the mold even before manufacturing begins. This approach reduces material waste, optimizes cycle times, and ensures dimensional accuracy from the very first production batch.
Our engineering team utilizes advanced CAD/CAE tools to perform comprehensive simulation of molds and cold runner systems during the design phase. Polymer flow behavior, runner balancing, and pressure losses are analyzed to ensure uniform cavity filling, greater process stability, and reduced raw material consumption.
Thermal analysis is conducted to ensure temperature uniformity throughout the entire mold assembly, evaluating heating and cooling circuits, heat transfer efficiency, and system response time. This optimization enables faster cycle times, efficient thermal control, and reduced temperature variation, resulting in parts with superior dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Through this predictive engineering approach, we minimize rework, extend tooling lifespan, and deliver injection molding processes that are more efficient, reliable, and economically competitive.
