3rd-Generation Cold Runner — Efficiency and Process Control
The ThermoCopper Cold Runner Block is designed to deliver rubber or other polymers to the mold cavity while maintaining the material at the optimal temperature and preventing premature curing. The system features a high-thermal-conductivity copper insert and an efficient cooling system, ensuring fast and consistent cycle times. This modern solution increases efficiency, reduces rework, and improves the final part finish.
Virtual Injection Simulation — Precision Before Production
We use injection and thermal distribution simulation software to predict material behavior inside the mold even before manufacturing begins. This approach reduces material waste, optimizes cycle times, and ensures dimensional accuracy from the very first production batch.
LSR Technology — Advanced Injection for High-Productivity, High-Precision Parts
LSR injection enables the production of parts with fast vulcanization rates, a flash-free process, and no runner waste. It is ideal for applications requiring translucent—even colored—parts across various sectors, including baby care, medical and healthcare, and industrial markets.

Who we are
Founded in 2007 by Edi Carlos Andreta and his wife, Eden Amato Ramalho Andreta, Injemolding is a Brazil-based company headquartered in Vinhedo, São Paulo, specializing in end-to-end industrial solutions focused on injection mold development and CNC machining.
In 2020, SLR Brasil was established as a division of Injemolding Ferramentaria, dedicated to the manufacturing of Cold Runner systems and LSR molds. Driven by growing international demand, Injemolding expanded its operations in 2025 with the addition of a new manufacturing facility in the United States, located in the state of Florida.
